WHAT'S NEW IN CONCUR TRAVEL
2023 Recap

In 2023, Concur Travel reached a significant milestone by introducing our new booking experience.

This exciting development started in October with the launch of Sabre GDS content in the US market, providing qualifying customers with a new enhanced travel and expense experience, including better information and guidance for more sustainable travel:

  • Upgraded air, hotel and car rental GDS content on Sabre, including GDS NDC (currently available with American Airlines and United)
  • Content parity across mobile and desktop
  • Improved user experience including a more user-friendly and intuitive user interface, optimized booking workflows, and faster checkout process
  • Enhanced calculation and comparison in CO2 emissions between offers and additional sorting options by emissions
