Every year, SAP Concur honours customer organisations that embody innovative and purpose-driven business practices. The Customer Excellence Awards aim to recognise organisations that have used SAP Concur solutions to push the boundaries of finance and travel transformation and improved the way in which their organisation operates. You can nominate your organisation for its achievements and innovations, with nominations closing on 30 August 2024.

What makes a winning story?

The judging criteria includes your organisation's use of SAP Concur solutions to:

  • Positively impact employee’s time, experience, and finances
  • Improve or evolve internal processes that support the bottom line
  • Inspire and/or influence your industry and/or solve business problems

The SAP Concur SEA Customer Excellence Award winner will receive:

  • SAP Concur Customer Excellence Award - SEA trophy
  • automatic entry into the SAP Concur Global Innovation Awards
  • participation in a video and/or written success story
  • recognition via various public channels throughout the year

Important Dates

  • Now until 30 August: Entry submission period
  • October 2024: SEA Customer Excellence Awards winners notified
  • March 2025: Global winners announced publicly at SAP Concur Fusion
