Expectation Setting with Clients

  • Please also email a signed Letter of Authorization (LOA) to partner_client_activation@concur.com. The LOA is a non-editable document as it is a standard template used for all clients and authorizes sharing of data between Concur and your application. If your client insists on discussing changes, email change requests to mark.voigts@concur.com. Any requests will have a negative impact on deployment timelines.
  • Project Timelines:
    • Basic Configurations are self-guided. Please send your client the Guide to Basic App Enablement to walk them through the necessary steps.
    • Custom Deployment projects are typically assigned to a Configuration Project Manager within 3-5 days and completed in 3-6 weeks.
    • SSO Activations are typically completed within 3-4 days.
  • Test environments do not support partner applications. As with any other configuration changes, clients have the ability to deploy with test users which control access to the new functionality.
  • Concur does not charge fees for partner applications. However, if the client requires extensive configuration of the Concur system (moving data between fields, new forms, new extracts etc.) the client may be notified that their project has exceeded the standard scope for configuration projects and they will need to be billed at a rate of $250/hour. The vast majority of app deployments do not result in fees from Concur.
