Every year, SAP Concur honours customer organisations that embody innovative and purpose-driven business practices. The Excellence Awards aim to recognise organisations that have used SAP Concur solutions to push the boundaries of finance and travel transformation and improved the way in which their organisation operates. You can nominate your organisation for its achievements, with nominations closing on 19 September 2025.

What makes a winning story?
The judging criteria includes your organisation's use of SAP Concur solutions to:
- Positively impact your employees' time, experience, and finances
- Improve or evolve internal processes that support your company's bottom line
- Inspire and/or influence your industry and/or solve business problems
Prizes:
- SAP Concur Excellence Award Trophy (one winner per contest category)
- automatic entry into the SAP Concur Global Innovation Awards
- participation in a video and/or written success story
- recognition via various public channels throughout the year
Important Dates
- Now until 19 September: Entry submission period
- Oct '25: EMEA Excellence Award winners notified
- March '26: Global Innovation Award winners announced at SAP Concur Fusion
