Earning CPE Credits at SAP Concur Fusion Exchange 2022


Select sessions at Fusion Exchange New York (September 27) and Fusion Exchange Chicago (October 11) are eligible for CPE credits. 


How to earn CPE credit at Fusion Exchange 

There are two different session schedules that will earn attendees CPE credit.
  • Option 1: Attend "Cowriting Policy With the Modern Day Employee" to be awarded 1.0 CPE credit.
  • Option 2: Attend both "Moments of Risk into Moments of Opportunity, Ensure Compliance Throughout Your Portfolio" and "Cowriting Policy With the Modern Day Employee" to be awarded 1.8 CPE credits.

Fusion Exchange sessions that offer CPE credit

1) Cowriting Policy With the Modern Day Employee

Session description: Now is the time to adapt your policy, but how do you do so in a way that fits the needs of your employees? This session will explore two main inputs for policy decisions, employee feedback and data, and how to make the policy adjustments successfully. Expect to hear from experts, discuss with your peers, and learn what key reports provide insight on policy performance.

Participants will: 
  • Adapt financial policy using data and employee feedback
  • Identify tools and techniques for updating the policy approval process

2) Moments of Risk into Moments of Opportunity, Ensure Compliance Throughout Your Portfolio 

Session description: As the business environment continues to change, more challenges for maintaining compliance are introduced. Let’s walk through the T&E journey to highlight all the moments where you can ensure compliance. Systemic audit rules, automation, human checks, are just a few of the methods we’ll review and give you an opportunity to discuss with your peers.

Session presenters:

Participants will: 
  • Identify common signs and areas for fraud within T&E programs
  • Improve employee adherence to policy 
  • Identify tools and best practices for improving compliance in T&E programs

How to register: Register for the event at https://www.concur.com/en-us/fusion-exchange. In order to be awarded the full credit hours, you must be physically present during the sessions and scan in/out of the session rooms at both required sessions ("Moments of Risk into Moments of Opportunity, Ensure Compliance Throughout Your Portfolio" and "Cowriting Policy With the Modern Day Employee"). Please note that attending only "Moments of Risk into Moments of Opportunity, Ensure Compliance Throughout Your Portfolio" is not enough to earn any CPE credit, you must attend both sessions for 1.8 credits.

Earned credits: Participants will earn 1.8 CPE credits by attending this session in addition to the session "Cowriting Policy With the Modern Day Employee" (previous session listed above).

How do I check-in and check-out of the session? 
In order to check-in and check-out of make sure your name badge gets scanned at the door. We will have staff onsite to scan your badge at the beginning and end of the session.

Do I have to attend both sessions listed above in order to earn CPE credit? 
There are two options for earning CPE credits at Fusion Exchange: 
  • Option 1: Attend "Cowriting Policy With the Modern Day Employee" to be awarded 1.0 CPE credit.
  • Option 2: Attend both "Moments of Risk into Moments of Opportunity, Ensure Compliance Throughout Your Portfolio" and "Cowriting Policy With the Modern Day Employee" to be awarded 1.8 CPE credits.
How do I get my CPE credit certificate?
If you have attended the full duration of the CPE credit sessions, following the event you will receive an email that will allow to download a digital certificate for proof of attendance.

What do I do if I can no longer attend or the session gets cancelled?
This event is free, however if you can longer attend please email concur_eventcontent@sap.com to let us know. If the session needs to be cancelled we will communicate this with attendees via the SAP Concur events app.
