Earning CPE Credits at SAP Concur Fusion Exchange New York
Select sessions at Fusion Exchange New York (June 27) are eligible for CPE credits. Read on to learn about eligible sessions, how to earn credit, and FAQs.

Credit Earning Options

There are four different session selections that will earn attendees CPE credit.

  • Option 1: Attend "Keeping Pulse on Policy: Adapting and Applying Policy Changes" OR “BYOC: Intermediate to Advanced Training for Intelligence” to be awarded 1.0 CPE credit.
  • Option 2: Attend "Keeping Pulse on Policy: Adapting and Applying Policy Changes" OR “BYOC: Intermediate to Advanced Training for Intelligence” AND “BYOC: Beginner to Intermediate Training for Intelligence” to be awarded 1.8 CPE credits.
  • Option 3: Attend "Keeping Pulse on Policy: Adapting and Applying Policy Changes" AND “BYOC: Intermediate to Advanced Training for Intelligence” to be awarded 2.0 CPE credits.
  • Option 4: Attend "Keeping Pulse on Policy: Adapting and Applying Policy Changes" AND “BYOC: Intermediate to Advanced Training for Intelligence” AND “BYOC: Beginner to Intermediate Training for Intelligence” to be awarded 2.8 CPE credits.

Keeping Pulse on Policy: Adapting and Applying Policy Changes

  • Session description: As travel and expense continues to evolve, how do you create, enforce, and maintain a flexible policy for your employees? Understand employees expectations, what you should revise to accommodate the modern-day worker, where to get started with policy changes, and how to measure success going forward.
  • Earned credits: Participants will earn 1.0 CPE credit
  • Field of study: Computer Software & Applications – Non-technical
  • Additional information:
    • Learning Objectives: Participants will identify tools and best practices for improving travel and expense policy.
    • Prerequisites: Working Knowledge of SAP Concur T&E solutions
    • Advanced Preparation: None

BYOC: Intermediate to Advanced Training for Intelligence

  • Session description: If you know where to start and the basics of IBM Cognos but are looking to master your craft, this intermediate to advanced session is for you. Discover how to use graphing to better illustrate your data story. Cognos Professional Author Role required to participate but all are welcome to observe. *BYOC = Bring your own computer for this hands-on training.
  • Earned credits: Participants will earn 1.0 CPE credit
  • Field of study: Computer Software & Applications – Non-technical
  • Additional information:
    • Learning Objectives: Participants will identify tools and best practices for improving travel and expense reporting with Intelligence.
    • Prerequisites: Working Knowledge of SAP Concur T&E solutions
    • Advanced Preparation: None
    • Program Level: Intermediate
    • Delivery Method: Group Live

BYOC: Beginner to Intermediate Training for Intelligence

  • Session description: Whether you're just starting to explore IBM Cognos or looking to expand your reporting skill set, this hands-on session can help. Learn how to find all the functions and features in Cognos 11, and understand how to modify standard reports. Cognos Professional Author Role required to participate but all are welcome to observe. *BYOC = Bring your own computer for this hands-on training
  • Earned credits: Participants will earn 0.8 CPE credits. In order to be awarded the full credit hours, you must be physically present during the sessions and scan in/out of the session rooms at this session, in addition, to earn credit you must also attend either or both "Keeping Pulse on Policy: Adapting and Applying Policy Changes" and/or “BYOC: Intermediate to Advanced Training for Intelligence.” Please note that attending only " BYOC: Beginner to Intermediate Training for Intelligence " is not enough to earn any CPE credit.
  • Field of study: Computer Software & Applications – Non-technical
  • Additional information:
    • Learning Objectives: Participants will identify tools and best practices for improving travel and expense reporting with Intelligence.
    • Prerequisites: Working Knowledge of SAP Concur T&E solutions
    • Advanced Preparation: None
    • Program Level: Intermediate
    • Delivery Method: Group Live

Registration and Requirements

Registration: Register for the full event at https://www.concur.com/en-us/fusion-exchange/new-york. Pre-registration for individual sessions is not required nor an option for Fusion Exchange New York.

Attendance requirements: In order to be awarded the full credit hours, you must be physically present during the sessions and scan in/out of the session room with our staff at the door. Please note that you will have to scan in and scan out at all sessions you wish to earn credit for attending. Only scanning in for the session will not be enough to earn CPE Credit.


FAQs

What is required in order to receive CPE credit?

  1. Stay for the full duration of the session
  2. Check in and check out of the session
  3. Following the event, check your email for the link to download your official CPE credit certificate

How do I check in and check out of the session?
In order to check in and check out of make sure your name badge gets scanned at the door. We will have staff onsite to scan your badge at the beginning and end of the session.

How do I earn more than 1.0 CPE credit?
There are three options to earn more than 1.0 CPE credit:

  1. Attend "Keeping Pulse on Policy: Adapting and Applying Policy Changes" OR “BYOC: Intermediate to Advanced Training for Intelligence” AND “BYOC: Beginner to Intermediate Training for Intelligence” to be awarded 1.8 CPE credits.
  2. Attend "Keeping Pulse on Policy: Adapting and Applying Policy Changes" AND “BYOC: Intermediate to Advanced Training for Intelligence” to be awarded 2.0 CPE credits.
  3. Attend "Keeping Pulse on Policy: Adapting and Applying Policy Changes" AND “BYOC: Intermediate to Advanced Training for Intelligence” AND “BYOC: Beginner to Intermediate Training for Intelligence” to be awarded 2.8 CPE credits.

How do I get my CPE credit certificate?
If you have attended the full duration of the CPE credit sessions, following the event you will receive an email that will allow you to download a digital certificate for proof of attendance.

What do I do if I can no longer attend or the session gets cancelled?
This event is free, however if you can longer attend please email concur_eventcontent@sap.com to let us know. If the session needs to be cancelled we will communicate this with attendees via the SAP Concur events app.
