The health and well-being of our customers, partners and employees are the top priority for SAP. Out of an abundance of caution related to the transmission of COVID-19, we have made the decision to cancel all SAP in-person events in the month of March 2020.
This decision covers all in-person events globally (regardless of size or type) and includes:
- SAP Concur Fusion in Orlando, Florida on March 9-12
- SAP Ariba LIVE in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 16-18
- The SAP NOW events in March

Why did SAP make the decision to cancel SAP Concur Fusion 2020 in Orlando?
The health and well-being of our customers, partners and employees are the top priority for SAP. Out of an abundance of caution related to the transmission of COVID-19, we have made the decision to cancel all SAP in-person events in the month of March 2020.
Will my Fusion registration fee be refunded?
We are offering the option to refund in full, or to roll over your registration to next year’s SAP Concur Fusion event. More information was sent to attendees via email on March 5th.
When can I except my refund?
Attendees who paid via credit card will receive a receipt once the cancellation is processed and can then expect to see a refund on their card 7-15 business days later. If you did not pay with a credit card, please be patient as we refund your alternative payment method and send you a receipt. Attendees who select the roll-over credit will receive an email confirming their 2021 credit in the next few weeks.
The reservations made through the Fusion registration and housing system (Orlando Marriott World Center, Gaylord Palms Resort, Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista, and Springhill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista) will be cancelled. You will not see charges on your credit card. If you booked a hotel reservation outside of the Fusion registration system or through the alternative housing link listed at the end of the registration process, it is your responsibility to cancel the hotel reservation.
Travel arrangements made for the event are your responsibility to cancel. Many airlines are offering free cancellations or airline credit due to the virus, so we recommend mentioning the reason of cancellation was due to the precautions of COVID-19. Where will next year's event take place?
Next year's event will take place in March 2021 in Houston, Texas.
I paid for a Final Night Party Guest Pass, will this be refunded?
Yes, we will refund you the amount paid for you Final Night Party Guest Pass(es) to your method of payment.
I paid for BI workshops, will these be refunded?
Yes, we will refund you the amount paid for the Business Intelligent Workshops to your method of payment.
