Code of Conduct

By participating in the networking functionalities offered at the SAP Concur Travel Industry Summit, you agree to abide by the following networking guidelines.

Note: We reserve the right to remove any content at any time for any reason. Conversations that discuss solution costs or that contain sales messaging will be immediately removed. Failure to consistently comply will result in removal from the event.

The networking guidelines are as follows:

  1. Be respectful:
Respect people's time and attention by asking well-thought-out questions and sharing what you've learned so far in your experience. Respect people as individuals by keeping your tone positive and your comments constructive.
  2. Don't sell:
We ask that you join the conversation with the intention of providing support and insight only. Please avoid posting content that solely promotes your product or comes across as a sales pitch.
  3. Be relevant:
Make sure your contributions are relevant to the mission of the conversation, and to the specific discussion style and topic where you post.
  4. Be professional and set the tone:
The content of your conversations should reflect a positive, constructive, knowledgeable and fun atmosphere.
  5. Keep your word:
Don't post anything that would violate any contractual agreements (copyright, trade secret or otherwise) or nondisclosure agreements to which you are a party.
  6. Protect privacy - yours and others':
Don't share anything about yourself or your organization that you would not want to see elsewhere on the internet. Share your business email address if you wish, but don't post personal information-your own or anyone else's, including contact information or any content that you receive in one-to-one communications without the author's consent.
  7. Remember, this is user-generated content:
You'll find plenty of good advice here, but remember that your situation, configuration, or implementation may vary from that of the individual sharing a solution. Some advice you find here may even be wrong. Apply the same good judgment here that you would apply to information anywhere on the Internet.

By attending this event and engaging in activities, you agree to follow these rules. We thank you, and your fellow attendees thank you.
