Mark is the only person in Australia to be certified as an Experience Economy Expert, the experience framework that brands like Lego, Ikea and Disney use to develop and commercialise their customer experience.

Marsha is the Director of Product Management, Data Platform and Analytics at SAP Concur. In this role, Marsha is responsible for strategy and roadmap development of SAP Concur’s analytics solutions. Prior to SAP Concur, Marsha held a variety of senior management positions in product management and product marketing with BCD Travel, Genesys Telecommunications, and Infor. In addition to her corporate career, Marsha was the founder of VisionLink, a professional services firm focusing on CRM consulting and implementation. Besides her passion for the customer Marsha also works with a variety of non-profit organizations focused on the development and advancement of girls and young women in STEM careers.
