Details on Health Pass by CLEAR

SAP is committed to the health and safety of its employees, customers and other invitees. To support this effort, all attendees of SAP Concur Fusion must provide certified proof of:
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19 or
  • A negative COVID-19 test result recorded within 72 hours prior to arriving at the event before checking in.
For North America attendees, SAP Concur is partnering with Health Pass by CLEAR for secure, digital proof of COVID-related health insights via the free CLEAR mobile app. Create your account and complete your health screening with Health Pass by CLEAR ahead of the event for expedited check-in. 

If you are attending SAP Concur Fusion from outside of North America, please bring a physical or digital copy of your full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours prior to arriving at the event to the registration desk to receive your conference badge. 

Step 1: New to CLEAR? Download and Enroll 

When to complete this step: If you don't already have CLEAR downloaded, you can compelte this step today. 
Completion will take around 5 minutes, and requires a valid government-issued photo ID.

Step 2: Link Your CLEAR Account to SAP Concur Fusion 2022

When to complete this step:
  • If providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination, complete this step today. It may take up to 24 hours to connect your vaccination record to your CLEAR account.
  • If providing a COVID-19 test result, visit a verified CLEAR test provider to take a COVID-19 test and complete this step 72 hours prior to your onsite arrival.
Tips:
  • If you are providing a COVD-19 test result, you can search for verified testing sites within the CLEAR app.
  • The Health Pass event code for SAP Concur Fusion 2022 is: EFATTENDEE213 






Open the CLEAR app on your phone, and click on "Get Started" within the Health Pass tile. 

If you have used Health Pass for a separate event, please click on "Change."

Select "Have a Code?" on the next screen.

Enter the event code: EFATTENDEE213

If you have already enrolled in CLEAR, use the email address associated with your membership and snap a quick selfie to verify your identity.

If you have not enrolled in CLEAR, create your CLEAR member account at this stage. When prompted, enter your email address, phone number, and have your government-issued photo ID ready to complete enrollment.

Follow prompts on the Entry Requirements page to securely confirm your proof of vaccination.

If you plan on providing a test result instead of proof of vaccination, follow the prompts to select “Get tested 72 hours before entry.” Seach for verified testing sites by selecting “Nearby Testing Locations.” Complete your test and link your results by selecting “Connect Provider” 72 hours prior to your onsite arrival.

As a reminder, attendees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result. If you are vaccinated, a supplementary test result is not required.



Step 3: Generate Your Health Pass

When to complete this step: 12 hours prior to arriving onsite.

Tip: Your Health Pass is only activated for 12 hours - if you mistakenly generate your Health Pass early, you will need to re-generate it again prior to your onsite arrival.





Open the CLEAR app on your phone, and click on the Health Pass tile.

If you have already linked your Health Pass to the event, then you will see "Attendee Health Pass."

If you have not linked to SAP Concur Fusion 2022, select "Have a Code?" and enter EFATTENDEE213 on the next screen.


Confirm your identity with a quick selfie. 


Click "Open Health Pass" to get your result. Green means you’re good to go! Please pick up your badge at registration.

If you generate a red status or have any issues, come to the Health & Safety kiosk onsite for support.

What is Health Pass by CLEAR?
Health Pass by CLEAR is a free feature in the CLEAR app that provides an easy way to complete health screenings for a safer return to in-person events. After a quick one-time enrollment, you’ll follow instructions to comply with health requirements for SAP Concur Fusion 2022.

How Health Pass by CLEAR work for SAP Concur Fusion?
SAP Concur has partnered with CLEAR to create a unique code for attendees to use for SAP Concur Fusion 2022. This code is EFATTENDEE213. Attendees should input this code into Health Pass by CLEAR to verify proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test recorded within 72 hours prior to arriving.

This will generate a green or red status within the app. Upon arriving onsite, attendees will be asked to show their Health Pass status page within the app - if your page is green, you can proceed onto registration to collect your conference badge. If your page is red, please visit the Health & Safety kiosk for support. 

SAP Concur does not receive any personal health information on the attendee, nor the type of verification provided, and is only able to see the Health Pass status color generated.

Is there an event code for SAP Concur Fusion that attendees should input into Health Pass by CLEAR?
Yes. The event code is EFATTENDEE213. If you are a registered attendee and this code is not working, please contact sapconcur_events@sap.com for more information.

What should I do if I have a CLEAR account tied to my personal email, but registered for SAP Concur Fusion using my company email?
Don't worry, you can still use your CLEAR account to generate your Health Pass for SAP Concur Fusion 2022. Please proceed with the steps above to generate your Health Pass using event code EFATTENDEE213.

What should I do if I am travelling to Orlando from outside of the United States, and unable to download the CLEAR app?
Currently the CLEAR app is only available in the United States. If you are travelling from another country, please bring physical or digital proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to arriving at the event to the registration desk to receive your conference badge. 

Am I required to download the CLEAR app for entry to the event?
We encourage attendees create a CLEAR account and complete their health screening with Health Pass by CLEAR ahead of the event for expedited check-in.

How do I link a valid COVID-19 vaccination?
Open the CLEAR app and click on the "Get Started" on the Create your Health Pass tile. Link your Health Pass to SAP Concur Fusion 2022 by selecting "Have a Code?" and entering the event code: EFATTENDEE213. There are two options to digitally verify your COVID-19 vaccine, select the one that works best for you. 

Option 1: Upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card
  • When prompted to add your vaccination, select "add your vaccination card."
  • Take a photo of your vaccination card and confirm your vaccine information.
  • Please note, the photo of your CDC card is used to generate a Health Pass. You will not be able to access it again after it is taken.
  • It may take up to 24 hours to connect your vaccination record to your CLEAR account.
Option 2: Digitally link a vaccine from a health system or pharmacy
  • Select your vaccine provider in the menu or by searching "other providers."
  • Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR.
  • Your results will link automatically - do not try to resync your results.
  • Sync time varies by provider and may take up to 30 minutes. 
The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies. If you are unable to find your provider in search, CLEAR may not be able to link with them at this time and you should upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card with the steps outlined in Option 1.

How do I link a valid COVID-19 test result?
COVID-19 testing should be completed within 72 hours prior to arriving onsite. To ensure you are being tested by a CLEAR verified testing provider, follow the below instructions:
  • Set up your account and connect to SAP Concur Fusion 
  • Once your account has been linked to the event, select "I have not been vaccinated"
  • Take a photo to verify your identify
  • Agree to the terms and conditions under "Know this before you go"
  • Click on "Get tested 72 hours before entry"
  • Select "Nearby Testing Locations"
  • Zoom in on the map to find applicable testing providers in your area
  • Test 72 hours prior to your onsite arrival, then link your test results by selecting "Connect Provider"
The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies. If you are unable to find your provider or unable to link a test, please bring a physical or digital copy of your negative COVID-19 test result recorded within 72 hours of your onsite arrival and your government-issued ID to the Health & Safety kiosk to receive your conference badge.

Can I take an at-home COVID-19 test?
CLEAR integrates with the at-home test kits by EverlyWell. If you are unable to find an EverlyWell test kit, and you plan to provide a negative test, we kindly request that you visit a verified CLEAR lab provider. Follow the steps above to find a nearby lab provider and link your test results.

How can I find my Health Pass result after I close the app?
Open the app and tap on the Health Pass tile. Choose "Open Health Pass" to retrieve your result again. Your Health Pass is only activated for 12 hours and then you will need to generate a new one.

What if I made a mistake resulting in a red Health Pass?
The red Health Pass will remain active for 12 hours. If you mistakenly enter information within 12 hours of your arrival, please bring a physical or digital copy of your full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test result recorded within 72 hours of your onsite arrival and your government-issued ID to the Health & Safety kiosk to receive your conference badge.

How long does a Health Pass result last?
Your Health Pass will remain valid for 12 hours following completion of all requirements.

Can I take show a screenshot of my Health Pass for entry?
No, you must show your Health Pass in the CLEAR app because it is a dynamic screen.

How do I change my screening option if I selected the wrong one?
Select "Change Screening Option" on the Entry Requirements screen.

If I have recently used Health Pass for a separate event, do I need to generate a new Health Pass?
Yes. Please select "Change" on the Health Pass tile within CLEAR, then select "Have a code?" and enter the SAP Concur Fusion 2022 event code: EFATTENDEE213. Follow the prompts to complete the requirements for SAP Concur Fusion.

How do I create a Health Pass if I do not have a smartphone?
If you do not have a smartphone, please bring a physical or digital copy of your full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test result recorded within 72 hours of your onsite arrival as well as your government-issued ID to the Health & Safety kiosk to receive your conference badge.

What if my front facing camera does not work?
To enroll in CLEAR, you must have a mobile device with a front facing camera that functions. If you do not have this, please bring a physical or digital copy of your full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test result recorded within 72 hours of your onsite arrival as well as your government-issued ID to the Health & Safety kiosk to receive your conference badge.

How is the information I provide to Health Pass used?
Your vaccination details or lab results are only utilized to generate a red or green health status for screening purposes. Your Health Pass result (red or green) and the time your pass was completed will be shared only with the SAP Concur event staff. The use of your data is governed by CLEAR’s Member Terms and Privacy Policy and you can learn more here.

How do I cancel my CLEAR account following the event?
If you are using the free account via CLEAR, please reach out to 1-855-CLEARME (253-2763) to cancel your account. If you have a paid membership with CLEAR, visit my.clearme.com and login with your email and password. Select "Memebership Details," then "Cancel."
