Government rate importer
Probably your country has a statutory requirement to use currency exchange rates from their Central Bank.

SAP Concur by default uses Oanda for currency exchange rates but it also allows companies to import their own exchange rates (automatically via the client’s internal interface or SAP Concur’s standalone application for CZ FX, or manually via flat-files) using an external source (e.g. ERP, 3rd party) that complies with the government’s requirement
Travel allowance
An TA feature meets the stipulated Government TA rates with appropriate meal deductions.

Upper and Lower Band for Public/Business Sector TA can also be setup - clients can leverage either of these rates as per their local requirement. SAP Concur can also track Pocket Money (up to 40% of Meal Allowance) if provided by the client for international travel.
VAT
An out of box VAT setup can help companies calculate the VAT reclaim amounts for their expenses.

VAT is automatically calculated in the backend based on the gross amount that can be used for posting into any financial systems. Standard VAT setup used by many clients typically includes the following reclaim rates - 21%, 15%, 10% and 0%. SAP Concur offers the flexibility to configure reclaim rates per expense type and this can be set automatically as one fixed rate or manually using multiple rates where the traveler needs to choose the appropriate one based on the expense receipt.
Business mileage
SAP Concur offers Business Mileage calculation setup for both Personal and Company Cars.

For Personal Cars, mileage rates can be setup using a single fixed rate to meet your country statutory requirement. SAP Concur also offers the ability to setup custom complex mileage calculation based on Average Fuel Consumption, Fuel Price Per Liter, Car Obsolescence and Distance to further meet local requirements.
